Job Title: Senior Interior Architect

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned interior architect to lead the design and planning of commercial, hospitality, residential, or mixed-use developments.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive interior design strategies that meet client needs and expectations
  • Oversee space planning, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specification, materials selection, and detailed joinery packages
  • Prepare and present concept designs and technical drawings, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communicating ideas
  • Maintain compliance with relevant building regulations, planning laws, and health & safety standards, fostering a culture of responsible practice
  • Deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget, demonstrating expertise in project management and coordination
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of Irish experience, with site experience and a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Mid to advanced proficiency in Revit, with experience working with budgets and deadlines
