Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Specialist to join our team at Novartis Biomedical Research. As a key member of the data42 platform, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the end-to-end delivery of our R&D focused big data and analytics platform.

About the Role
  • Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Strategy and Operations to optimize the long-term data42 program strategy based on internal capability and external landscape assessment.
  • Advise the Head of Strategy & Operations on various strategic matters, including scientific value delivery, pipeline focus areas, data strategy to enrich data offering, and platform ecosystem with linkages to other BR and Dev systems.
  • Develop and deliver presentations working closely with other data42 stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a multidisciplinary environment across the R&D continuum.
  • Multi/cross-functional leadership experience.
  • Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical drug discovery and development process and operations.
  • LEAN / Six Sigma certification / experience preferred.
  • Agile / Sprint methodology within project management experience preferred.
