Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our production team in a Clean Room environment.

Job Description:

As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating within the Clean Room, performing various activities including cleaning operations and cosmetic inspections. Your primary objective is to ensure the highest quality standards are met while maintaining efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify and report cosmetic irregularities to management.
  • Exercise assigned responsibility for on-the-job training of less qualified personnel to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Perform all steps of the cleaning operation with precision and attention to detail.
  • Conduct visual inspections of parts and paperwork to ensure compliance with quality control measures.
  • Maintain all equipment in the department to optimal levels of performance.
  • Communicate effectively with other Team members and engineers concerning product defects and quality issues.
  • Perform all production activities as per training provided, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve productivity targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience required.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English language.
  • Desirable skills: experience in visual inspection to detect cosmetic irregularities, inspection of paperwork, attention to detail, working in a team/cellular environment.
