Senior Delivery Role

This role involves leading major change initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring a robust technology delivery plan is developed and actioned in the most effective manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping, driving, and implementing strategic plans to achieve business outcomes, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountability for defining and executing large-scale delivery initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Leadership and development of high-performing hybrid teams to deliver solutions in partnership with impacted business areas.

Strong experience in cultivating innovation, creating new ways to drive success, and developing technical staff and cross-functional teams is required.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and driving change, setting priorities, and executing plans at senior level.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Agile change practices and associated technologies, with a deep understanding of the importance of adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to cultivate innovation and create new opportunities for business growth and success.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
