Executive Summary

We are seeking an Enterprise AI Solutions Director to drive strategic competitive initiatives critical to ServiceNow's continued market leadership. This role will focus on developing and implementing competitive go-to-market (GTM) programs, defining and executing ServiceNow's competitive strategy in Generative AI and Agentic AI.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy to create integrated product and GTM strategies. Additionally, you will provide direct competitive intelligence support on strategic deals to ensure competitive wins.

Key Objectives

  • Develop and implement competitive GTM programs to enhance market positioning and drive revenue growth.
  • Define and execute ServiceNow's competitive strategy in Generative AI and Agentic AI, ensuring competitive differentiation and market leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership to create integrated product and GTM strategies.
  • Provide direct competitive intelligence support on strategic deals.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you have:

  • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives and clearly articulate complex concepts to executive audiences.
  • Familiarity and confidence with Generative AI and other advanced AI tools.
  • Proven ability to synthesize large data sets into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated program management capabilities with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of the enterprise software industry and ServiceNow's offerings and competitive landscape.
  • Prior experience leading competitive intelligence or strategic marketing initiatives at a high-growth technology company.
