Residential Construction Planning Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled construction planner to join our team in Limerick. As a key member of our residential development team, you will be responsible for producing, managing, and monitoring detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject.

Job Description:

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction programmes for housing developments using Asta Powerproject.
  • Work closely with the Construction Director, Project Managers, Site Managers, Design, and Commercial teams to align programmes with design, procurement, and build strategies.
  • Sequence works logically, incorporating lead times, procurement schedules, statutory approvals, and utilities coordination specific to Irish residential projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong technical understanding of the Irish housebuilding process from greenfield site to handover, including groundworks, utilities, timber frame/traditional build, and fit-out.
  • Knowledge of Irish construction regulations, planning requirements, and BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations).
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in planning within residential construction.
