Role Overview

This is a challenging role for an ambitious professional to play a key part in the delivery of business-critical projects.

About the Role
  • This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
  • The primary responsibility will be to collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment to timelines, deliverables, and interdependencies.
  • The programme analyst will need to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering concise summaries to support informed decision-making.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare programme governance outputs, including minutes, decision logs, and action tracking.
  2. Lead the coordination of multiple workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring objectives are managed to a high standard.
  3. Analyse progress across workstreams, identifying areas for improvement and escalation.
  4. Organise stakeholder engagements, resolving conflicts and optimising scheduling.
  5. Collaborate with the Programme Manager to monitor change impacts, escalating emerging issues and supporting mitigation planning.
  6. Maintain and manage the programme roadmap, tracking milestones, key dates, and deadlines.
  7. Update and maintain records, supporting monthly reporting and governance activities.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in project or programme coordination within a large or global organisation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with confidence and professionalism.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and multitasking skills with a track record of delivering under pressure.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with a high degree of initiative.
Desirable:
  • Experience supporting technology, transformation, or HR-related programmes.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking processes.
  • Exposure to project management methodologies.
