Our establishment is seeking an accomplished Culinary Leader to spearhead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong culinary background, with experience in managing high-performing teams and creating innovative menus.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and presentation, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency. This includes:

  • Developing and implementing menu plans that showcase local produce and cater to diverse tastes
  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff members to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with local suppliers and vendors
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean, safe working environment

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Strong culinary skills, with expertise in menu planning and food preparation
  • Knowledge of local produce and suppliers, with the ability to source high-quality ingredients
