Senior Civil Engineering Project Lead

The Principal Project Manager/Technical Bid Lead will provide expert civil engineering support to the estimating and proposals teams. This role involves working closely with designers, estimators, and supply chain partners to develop design and build tenders, assess technical risks and opportunities, and craft clear, compelling submissions for clients.
Responsibilities include leading technical input into design and build tenders, driving technical excellence in written bid responses, analysing tender documents to identify potential opportunities, providing optioneering support, ensuring effective coordination between civil and MEICA elements, and guiding MEICA designers from a civils perspective on commercial impacts.
About You
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline (or equivalent experience), extensive site-based experience, and at least 5 years in a senior site management role. The successful applicant will have excellent technical writing and presentation skills, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet fixed deadlines.
