Team Lead - Central Support Coordination Team

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for the direct management of a team consisting of 7-10 team members. Your role will involve managing the activities of this team and supporting the Operations Manager to achieve orders and sales targets.

  • Evidence of continued training or sufficient experience to demonstrate ability

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing teams, analysing and interpreting data, and implementing new processes. A clean driving license and willingness to travel are also required.

Responsibilities">
  • Manage the daily operation of a team of coordinators, deploying engineers in the field, ensuring logistics and parts availability, generating invoicing transactions, order acceptance, resource planning, operational and tendering support, and delivering a positive customer experience.
  • Assume line management responsibility for allocation of workloads, managerial evaluation of performance reviews, recruitment selection participation, and ensuring personnel follow established policies and procedures.
  • Restructure workloads to advance the organization from a BU focus to a customer-focused set-up and organization, looking for synergies and opportunities to expand talent.
  • Drive the team to achieve results in line with forecasted revenue/orders for each period and proactively identify opportunities.
  • Perform quality control checks ensuring tasks are completed to agreed SLA timescales and accuracy of tasks measured.
  • Review financial exception reports ensuring corrective action, escalating common themes to departmental manager for review and change implementation.
  • Implement and deliver training programs to meet staff development and upskilling requirements.
  • Be H&S aware and promote safe behaviours within the team aiming for zero incidents.
