- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers;
- Fostering an environment of trust and open communication;
- Elevating customer satisfaction through timely and accurate administration of subscriptions;
- Sourcing opportunities within our organization to delight customers.

- Meet or exceed employer brand and attraction goals;
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing timely, informative, and charismatic communication;
- Foster a trusted and loyal relationship with your customer base.

Requirements:
This role requires:
- A strong background in customer-facing roles or related fields;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Proven ability to manage upwards of 50 relationships effectively;
- Basic understanding of website performance data and CRM systems;
- Adaptability and a quick learning ability;
- Certification in areas such as project management, marketing, or sales would be advantageous but is not required.
