Senior Lease Data Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Lease Data Analyst to join our team in Dublin. As a key member of the Lease Management team, you will be responsible for maintaining Avolon's lease management system.

  • Responsible for raising rent, deposit, servicing and ad hoc invoices within necessary timeframes;
  • Review and input contract information from Letter of Intent and leases in the lease management system immediately post-execution;
  • Work with Finance to ensure financial reporting is complete and accurate;
  • Liaise with the Customer Engagement team to ensure proper and appropriate feedback on the status of each lessee's receivables and resolve invoicing and data issues where required;
  • Provide input to reports on the fleet of aircraft that Avolon manages for third parties;
  • Undertake lease due diligence;
  • Participate in SOX compliance procedures and respond to external audit requests;

The ideal candidate will be diligent, thorough and numerate with a keen attention to detail. They will have the ability to work under their own initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining excellent organisational skills.

Requirements
  • Third-level qualification within a related discipline;
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) or similar qualification is preferred;
  • Experience working within a SOX compliant environment is an advantage;
  • Strong organisational and project management skills;
  • Direct, effective and engaging communicator with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Driven, focused, resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to think independently and work proactively to identify solutions to issues as they arise;
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic team setting while managing multiple competing work streams;
  • Demonstrated ability to balance and manage conflicting requirements and goals to ensure deadlines are met;
