Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to drive process excellence and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project execution, ensuring seamless delivery of capital engineering projects in accordance with the Project Lifecycle approach.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Engineering Team to optimize equipment uptime and enhance process efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement continuous enhancement initiatives to boost operations and reliability.
  • Communicate effectively with Internal/External Engineering Personnel and contract maintenance providers to maintain, troubleshoot, and install/commission equipment.
  • Lead equipment commissioning and validation activities as part of capital project execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from other departments to deliver site capital project portfolios.
  • Develop feasibility studies and manage budget planning for assigned capital projects.
  • Support major site initiatives and core objectives.
  • Prepare Requests for Capital Expenditure (RCE) for site capital projects.
  • Interact with Global Engineering as required.
  • Oversee Engineering contractor management on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards and adherence to safe working practices at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Chemical/Process/Mechanical Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 7-10 years of strong pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • Knowledge of executing change control procedures.
  • Familiarity with cGMP and regulatory requirements related to the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Relevant site experience in Cleanroom processing/utilities or similar environments.
