Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic leader to fill the role of Deputy General Manager at our hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality and has experience in leading teams.

The successful candidate will provide strategic support to the General Manager for all hotel operations, directly lead the heads of departments, and ensure that all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a Deputy, Operations or Senior Manager role within a large hotel, with a proven ability to develop and nurture talented employees.
