Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Program Manager to drive progress, solve complex problems and mentor junior team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements through audits, documentation and risk mitigation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for privacy reviews and documentation of new product launches.
  • Support mandated program assessments by partnering with internal and external auditors.

The ideal candidate will oversee governance while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Their collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial in influencing decision-making at all levels.

You will analyze inputs, bring insights to ambiguous situations and develop recommendations that integrate key attributes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • J.D., CIPP/US or other relevant certification.
  • 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal or consulting.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partner teams and influence decision-making at all levels.

Organizing data and applying business context to improve processes or operations is also highly desirable.

Familiarity with compliance regulations such as GDPR, SOX, ISO and FedRAMP is preferred.

  2. Strong knowledge of compliance regulations.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
