Technical Escalations Specialist

As a Technical Escalations Specialist at Evad IT Solutions, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex technical issues. You will utilize advanced problem-solving skills, product knowledge, and collaboration techniques to deliver high-quality support experiences.
About the Role:
This position involves working closely with customers, IT professionals, and executive management to resolve technically challenging issues. You will be responsible for scoping customer scenarios, documenting potential causes and troubleshooting steps, and communicating effectively via phone, email, or in-person. Additionally, you will manage hot fixes, standard patches for Windows servers and workstations, and provide escalation support for operations issues off the help desk.
Key Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
* Collaborate with customers, IT professionals, and executive management
* Manage hot fixes and standard patches for Windows servers and workstations
* Provide escalation support for operations issues off the help desk
* Foster positive customer relationships and build customer loyalty while managing challenging situations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 6+ years of in-depth experience in M365
* Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
* Product and troubleshooting knowledge in all types of migration with Office 365
* Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
