Senior Manager Application Support

This high-impact role oversees multiple teams focusing on fallout error support, correction, and reconciliation. Your team will provide timely assistance to the larger global supply chain organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of multiple teams responsible for fallout error support, correction, and reconciliation.
  • Ensuring timely support to the larger GSSCS team.
  • Partnership with Global Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Sustainability (GSSCS), IT, and solution providers to drive continuous improvement of supply chain processes and solutions.
  • Leadership of organizational metrics, tracking, support documentation, business process subject matter expertise, data quality management, and communication of improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
  • Relevant work experience within a similar role.
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, and/or Sustainability operations.
  • Process design, reviews, and improvement strategies experience.
  • Direct people management experience, including leadership of diverse global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree.
  • Strong executive presence with proactive sense of ownership and keen eye to look ahead, plan, and execute.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects by bringing together right perspectives, identifying roadblocks, and integrating feedback from clients and team members.
