Role Overview:
Our team seeks a seasoned expert to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments and their integrated systems.
- Deliver expert-level production support for SAP ECC or S/4HANA with primary focus on Materials Management (MM) modules.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex application defects and incidents reported by business users or identified through monitoring.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with functional teams to implement sustainable solutions.
- Support key integration points between SAP and other critical business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on experience in troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root cause analysis in a complex SAP landscape.
- Collaborate with functional teams to implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Application Support for either SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments with demonstrated expertise in the Materials Management (MM) module.
- Proven experience in solid understanding of key SAP MM functionalities and their integration with other modules such as Sales & Distribution (SD) and Finance (FI/CO).
