Job Role

Deliver expert-level application support for SAP ECC or S/4HANA, focusing on Materials Management (MM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve complex application defects and incidents reported by users or identified through monitoring, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with functional teams, technical developers, and Basis teams to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance for integration points between SAP and other critical business systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP Application Support for either SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments, with demonstrated expertise in the Materials Management (MM) module.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, defect resolution, and root cause analysis in a complex SAP landscape.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
