Job Overview:

As a creative leader, you will spearhead the development of innovative campaign concepts that resonate with clients and their target audiences. Your expertise in creative strategy, content planning, and digital campaign execution will drive success in the fast-paced world of advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with client goals and brand values.
  • Develop and manage creative strategies, content plans, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling presentation decks, creative proposals, and campaign narratives.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in creative strategy, content planning, or digital campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and ability to build effective campaigns for each.
  • Creative thinker with strategic reasoning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience building moodboards, treatments, or content strategy decks.
  • Familiarity with creative tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
