We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Laboratory Assistants with an immediate start. This role is ideal for those who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.


### Job Description
  • Follow safety protocols at all times
  • Wear protective equipment specified for each task
  • Report any hazards or potential improvements to the supervisor
  • Perform work as assigned by the laboratory manager or other supervisor, reporting completion of tasks
  • Follow established methods and procedures when carrying out work
  • Check and maintain order of samples being processed, reporting any deviations to the laboratory manager or other supervisor
  • Handle samples to preserve their identification and prevent loss, contamination or confusion, reporting any accidents to the laboratory manager or other supervisor
  • Monitor quality of work, making notes of any anomalies and reporting to the laboratory manager or supervisor if necessary
  • Fill in relevant forms and worksheets, signing and initialing records
  • Operate equipment according to instructions and manuals, following safety rules at all times
  • Bring suggestions for method or operation improvements to the laboratory manager or quality manager

### Required Skills and Qualifications

While prior laboratory experience is desirable, full training is provided for this role. The ideal candidate will have completed secondary education and be able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
