Ad Growth Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Ad Growth Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape our Growth Accounts Ads team. The segment of clients you'll work with are ambitious and require a best-in-class partnership to achieve their business objectives. With your efforts, this will become one of the highest performing and fun Growth Accounts Sales teams around.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You'll have a real passion for helping small and medium businesses succeed.
  • You'll possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, client-focused, and team-oriented.
  • You'll be able to work independently to meet revenue and business objectives.
Requirements
  1. A proven demonstrable experience in performance media sales, including experience working with a self-serve platform.
  2. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital ads space.
  3. A deep understanding of performance advertisers' market strategies and their success measurement tactics.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful messages both in person and over the phone.
  5. An innate desire to make a difference, driven by self-motivation and a commitment to excel.
