Digital Business Growth Associate

As a specialist in growth accounts ads, you have the unique opportunity to build and shape a team that drives business growth for small and medium businesses.
This role requires a best-in-class partnership to achieve clients' business aspirations. With your effort and contribution, this will become one of the highest performing and fun sales teams around.
You should have a real passion for helping businesses succeed, have very strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, resourceful, client-focused, and team-oriented, and can work independently to meet revenue and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with performance media sales clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets in the digital ads space with performance-type advertisers and agencies.
- Drive initial campaign success across a portfolio of clients, leading to credibility and trust.
- Demonstrate product and industry expertise in client interactions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage internal and external data sets to facilitate business growth for clients. A natural collaborator with a team-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic and exciting environment. Demonstrated professionalism and a positive demeanor, with a desire to develop business acumen and client-centricity. Proficiency in active listening and asking insightful questions for continuous learning.
Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
