Ads Quality Evaluator (QE)

Note: Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently and the target language at C1+ level.

The Role

As a Classification Quality Evaluator, you will help ensure that a quality advertising experience is provided to millions of Internet users. You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of Google advertising products, helping to improve the quality of next-generation online ad targeting services.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate multiple types of advertising data in your specialist language to identify the topic and classify accordingly.
  • Follow the instructions sent by the client to provide high-quality and high-accuracy labeling.
  • Maintain knowledge of the cultural and market specifics of your designated language to assist with market-specific assignments.
  • Address any Ad Hoc requests promptly to ensure timely completion of urgent client requests.
  • Manage your time effectively to complete allocations across multiple workflows throughout the week.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Are keen to learn and have a broad range of interests.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make good judgments quickly.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Are proficient in web research and able to quickly understand new concepts with minimal effort.
  • Can follow written instructions with minimal oversight.
  • Possess good knowledge of the local internet market.
  • Have experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience in translation, localisation, or interpreting is a plus but not required.
  • Are highly web-savvy with exceptional Internet research skills.
  • Have knowledge of web space, particularly emerging technology, which is a significant advantage.
