Indirect Tax Specialist

The Indirect Tax Team is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to support indirect compliance and accounting processes across the EMEA region.

This role involves preparing and filing indirect tax returns, submitting refund claims, performing account reconciliations, carrying out data validation, and ensuring timely tax payments.

The ideal candidate will have previous indirect tax experience in a multinational environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. ERP experience, ideally Oracle or SAP, is an advantage.

The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Additionally, they will have the ability to develop effective working relationships and work closely with Legal, Finance, and other departments to provide guidance, advice, and support on indirect tax-related matters.

  • Prepare and file indirect tax returns
  • Submit refund claims
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Carry out data validation
  • Ensure timely tax payments
Required Skills and Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• 3 years of indirect tax experience, preferably in a multinational environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• ERP experience, ideally Oracle or SAP

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
