We are seeking a highly skilled laboratory professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products samples.
  • Maintain laboratory activities in accordance with strict quality control measures.
  • Ensure the laboratory is stocked with necessary consumables at all times.
  • Record test data, results, and maintain accurate records in a timely manner.
  • Perform instrument calibration and maintenance tasks as required.
  • Prepare swabs and environmental swabbing and testing for sampling.
  • Manage shelf-life samples effectively.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams on root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and inspections as needed.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, or Analytical Chemistry, or relevant laboratory experience.
  • Strong PC literacy skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP software.
  • Analytical and logical approach with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Keen interest in food science and safety principles.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and work well in a team environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results.
