We are currently seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to oversee the well-being of personnel on our Road project in Limerick.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement environmental, health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with legislation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with project managers and contractors to ensure effective safety measures are implemented and maintained.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in a Health and Safety role within the construction or civil engineering sector is essential.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations in Ireland is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
