Job Title:

Senior Quantitative Analyst - Transaction Modelling

Our team of experts provides specialist expertise to develop complex models for business planning, transactions, decision support and risk analysis.

We review financial, strategic and operational models built by our clients to provide independent assurance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop and document complex business models to meet client requirements
  2. Review Excel models and arrive at preliminary conclusions
  3. Understand, manipulate and interpret financial data and client information
  4. Carry out relevant analysis and present findings to stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting qualification (CA/CFA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Sound grasp of FRS102/IFRS and financial accounting principles
  • Highly numerate with a sound grasp of Excel and advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Experience in financial modelling and working in a professional services environment
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and additional technical skills such as Visual Basic and/or other programming languages

About the Role:

As a Senior Quantitative Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides specialist expertise to develop complex models for business planning, transactions, decision support and risk analysis. You will work under supervision of Managers, Assistant Directors, Directors or Partners on transaction and decision modelling assignments.
