Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to deliver commercial building services including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and building pathology.

About the Role
  • Manage projects from start to finish, producing high-quality reports and ensuring clients receive expert guidance on commercial buildings and contracts.
  • Nurture client relationships, contribute to business development, and provide commercially focused solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and work independently as required to meet project goals.

Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Building Surveying and MRICS/MSCSI qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in a proactive commercial environment with strong technical knowledge of buildings and commercial contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify new business opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborative approach to work and effective team player.
