Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of building surveying disciplines, supporting national clients.

As a key member of the team, you will deliver professional advice on technical due diligence, contract administration, dilapidations, and project delivery, while developing strong client relationships and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver commercial building surveying services including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and building pathology.
  • Produce high-quality reports and documentation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development and fee generation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • MRICS / SCSI qualification with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Commercially astute with experience in a proactive consultancy environment.
  • Excellent technical building knowledge and strong project delivery skills.
  • Strong report writing and client presentation abilities.
  • A confident communicator and effective team player.
