Job Title: Data Engineering Professional

The role of a Data Engineer is pivotal in designing and developing data pipelines that unify insights on data processing and lineage across an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing efficient & large scale data pipelines using Spark and other distributed data technologies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring the knowledge graph to life, focusing on designing the data layer.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Industry experience in a Data Engineering/Data Architecture role.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle, version control, code reviews, testing, data quality tools and frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in backend API development and management.
  • Familiarity with Data Lake and Data Warehouse technologies.

This role offers significant individual responsibility and influence over the direction of this critical service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data engineering and have a strong understanding of data processing and lineage.
