Project Development Professional

This role offers a motivated and organized project professional the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across various commercial and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, close, and monitor projects to ensure timely completion within scope and expectations.
- Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation, including business appraisals, risk registers, and status reports.
- Lead project-level communications with delivery teams and stakeholders through workshops, meetings, and demonstrations.
- Support the implementation of initiatives aimed at improving commercial performance and efficiency in Ireland.
- Collaborate with directors, managers, and IT, data, and support functions on various improvement projects.
- Assist in executing strategic initiatives related to key agencies for Ireland distribution.
- Minimum 2:1 grade university degree from any discipline, but an emphasis in commerce, economics, information systems, or finance is preferred.
- Fluent English speaker with strong communication skills.
- Interest in a career in commercial and/or operations disciplines.
- High learning agility, adaptability, and problem-solving ability.
