Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls in a timely and friendly manner
  • Transferring calls as appropriate
  • Providing guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Working collaboratively as part of the Reception Team
  • Following day-to-day procedures for guest services
  • Dealing with and resolving guest queries effectively

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional telephone manner
