About the Role

This key position involves developing and implementing Channel Marketing strategies, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team to achieve KPIs across stockists and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective Channel Marketing strategies to drive growth and improve market share.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring collaboration and excellent campaign execution.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive sales and footfall.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Measure campaign effectiveness and use data to optimise strategies and improve ROI.

This is a permanent position, working 3 days in-office and 2 days remote, reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in channel marketing and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of omnichannel and eCommerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
