Job Title: Plant Assurance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained across all manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Review and approve production records and associated documentation for Qualified Person disposition activities
  • Provide real-time quality oversight and support for production operations, including media fills and assessment of interventions
  • Conduct routine walks on the production floor and review logbooks to ensure compliance with procedures
  • Offer training and guidance to staff for effective performance and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in customer complaint investigations and undertake other tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • University degree in an Engineering or Science-related discipline (preferred)
  • Over 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry or an equivalent combination of experience and educational background
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience collaborating with dynamic cross-functional teams and strong decision-making abilities
  • Robust organizational skills, with a commitment to seeing assignments through to completion

What We Offer:

  • Contract role - Hourly rate €30 - €40 per hour
  • Minimum 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension
  • Onsite role with a shift pattern requiring a 12-hour shift to support manufacturing operations

Working Environment:

The plant is one of the most dynamic in Ireland and is currently undergoing rapid expansion and capital investment. You will be part of a state-of-the-art aseptic manufacturing facility in Dun Laoghaire, South Dublin.
