Production Excellence Leader

Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated leader responsible for driving production performance and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Lead regular meetings with teams to discuss progress, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Conduct employee evaluations, providing actionable insights to support growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Partner with quality and engineering departments to design and implement process improvements that drive operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of four years' experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment, preferably with a track record of success in improving team performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage diverse teams.
