Lead Occupational Therapist Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team.
About the RoleThe Occupational Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred Occupational Therapy services to designated clinical areas. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions for service users.
- Managing a caseload and working collaboratively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.
- Developing tailored treatment plans to support clients' independence and well-being.
- Performing home visits to assess living environments and recommending adaptations to enhance daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work alongside experienced clinicians in a close-knit team environment with opportunities for professional development and shared clinical knowledge.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- CORU Registration (or eligibility for registration).
- A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
