Care Services Manager

The role of the Occupational Therapist is a dynamic and challenging position that requires the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
This opportunity involves working alongside experienced clinicians, contributing to the development of strong clinical skills within a supportive environment.
Job Description:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to support clients' independence and well-being.
- Manage a caseload and work collaboratively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and rehabilitation services.
The successful candidate will have a recognised Occupational Therapy qualification, CORU Registration (or eligibility for registration), and experience working in a community or domiciliary setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement interventions for service users, including conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Perform home visits to assess living environments and recommend adaptations to enhance daily functioning.
A valid driver's license and access to own vehicle for travel are required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
