Care Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing staff teams to deliver high-quality care and support services.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship and Leadership: Provide mentorship and leadership to teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee services across shifts to ensure effective delivery and compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A Level 7/8 degree in a health or social-related qualification is essential.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. A dedicated and flexible approach to work is essential.
