Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in data insights and analytics?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-value analytics projects using Aon's suite of analytical tools.

You will work closely with project teams to design and implement business intelligence solutions that drive business growth and improvement. Your extensive experience in data analysis and interpretation will enable you to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in data analytics, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop business intelligence solutions to meet business needs
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with project teams to deliver high-value analytics projects
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in data analytics or a related field
  • Degree in IT or Science 3rd level qualification with high analytical content
  • Financial or professional services industry experience is desirable
