Our client is a leading contractor in the construction industry.

They pride themselves on their reputation for delivering high-quality projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Mixed-Use, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Educational, and Fitout.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with design teams to ensure compliance with company standards and project timelines.
  2. Coordinate subcontractor activities and oversee MEP testing & commissioning processes.
  3. Manage O&M manuals, BC(A)R procedures, and other project-related duties.
  4. Review specifications, service drawings, architectural, and structural details.
  5. Ensure timely integration of project elements and coordinate with stakeholders, including MEP Manager and Project/Contracts Manager.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and suppliers.
  7. Deliver projects to cost, time, and quality targets.
Requirements
  1. Relevant diploma or degree in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in building sector projects.
  3. Previous experience as a main contractor or M&E subcontractor is advantageous.
  4. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages and BIM software.
