Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of engineering projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver site projects such as process improvement, equipment qualification, and capacity expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and project development for production, packaging, facilities, and utilities systems.
  • Coordinate and meet with project teams to discuss requirements and constraint issues.
  • Maintain current records for each project.
  • Assist in the setup and management of the maintenance program for all utilities, production, and packaging equipment.
  • Prepare preliminary project reports and update daily activities for management review.
  • Report/present out on project updates as required.
  • Work collaboratively within the Process Teams structure and contribute to investigations, NC, and CAPA closure.
  • Coordinate with onsite contractors to ensure all work permitting and safety inductions are complete to ensure all works follow a safe and compliant process.

Requirements:

  • Professional degree level qualification required.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their degree course.
  • Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
  • GMP Manufacturing experience desirable.
  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment.
