Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Limerick.

This role will be responsible for coordinating projects across various sectors including residential, commercial, offices, civic, hospitality, education, medical, and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers to establish realistic timelines and identify critical activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain Contract/Project Programmes, providing regular progress reports.
  2. Collaboration: Work with project managers to establish realistic timelines and identify critical activities.
  3. Information Gathering: Gather information from project managers, engineers, and team members to update schedules and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  4. Risk Assessment: Assess project schedules for risks, propose mitigation strategies, and develop contingency plans.
  5. Progress Reporting: Deliver regular reports on project schedules, progress, and issues, offering recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Third-level degree in the relevant discipline.
  2. Experience: Minimum 3 years within the construction industry.
  3. Desirable Skills: Experience with previous contractors is desirable.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  5. Cognitive Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
