About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and be fluent in English and German.

The role will involve building strong personal relationships with prospects and existing customers, creating forecasts, and closing new business consistently at or above quota. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and execute a strategic plan for the DACH territory, invest in colleagues through coaching and advice, and proactively solve problems outside of their area.

Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline through establishing strong personal relationships with prospects and existing customers
  • Create reliable forecasts and be transparent with management on the pipeline status
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the DACH territory
  • Invest in colleagues through coaching and advice when opportunities for improvement exist

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 3+ years of applicable sales experience
