We are seeking a highly skilled Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team in New Ross. This is a full-time position with 40 variable hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the transport planners and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are fully met. They will also be responsible for ensuring company procedures and quality service are achieved at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate fluently in English and Polish. They will also have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

The role involves liaising with customers and drivers, providing clear instructions/routes to drivers, and completing administration and reporting tasks. The successful candidate will also need to have a good knowledge of tachographs and driver working hours.

The minimum requirements for this role are:

  • Fluent English and Polish language skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a strong team player
