We are seeking an exceptional leader to fill our Deputy General Manager position. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all catering operations and delivering world-class customer service.

  6. Drive project delivery, service improvements, and new initiatives that enhance the customer experience.">
  7. Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and employee engagement to build a motivated, high-performing team.">
  8. E nsure compliance with all Compass policies, food safety standards, and health & safety regulations.">

We are looking for a Deputy General Manager who is passionate about food, service, and team development. You will have experience managing teams in a hospitality or food-focused environment and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

You will also be confident working with stakeholders at all levels and driving high standards across the board. Additionally, you will be familiar with Microsoft Office tools and industry-relevant practices, and hold or be willing to work towards relevant food hygiene and safety certifications.
