Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the food and beverage department.
  • Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Manage food and beverage costs, including inventory control and ordering.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the food and beverage department and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
