Executive Chef Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Dublin, Ireland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

  • Must have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role.
  • Have a passion for food and new trends.
  • Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members.
  • Be a team player.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Fully HACCP trained with a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage kitchen staff and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase creativity and expertise.
  • Ensure exceptional quality and presentation of all dishes.

Requirements:
