Job OverviewThis is a senior leadership role responsible for managing and growing our digital marketing agencies. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of success in team management, client engagement, and business growth.
Your Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Lead a high-performing team of agency managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure operational excellence and achievement of revenue targets.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business growth.
- Strategy and Planning: Identify opportunities to drive increased productivity and success, developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Talent Development: Coach and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Performance Management: Manage KPIs, ensuring deliverables are exceeded and revenue targets are achieved.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and English
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience in team leadership roles
- Digital Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing agency environments, paid media, ads, and sales of the latest trends associated with online marketing
