Digital Marketing Agency Leadership Opportunity

As a Digital Marketing Agency Team Lead, you will oversee the performance and success of leading digital marketing agencies.
- Lead a high-performing team focused on supporting and scaling strategic agencies and their advertisers.
- Manage key performance indicators, ensure deliverables exceed expectations, and revenue targets are met.
- Identify areas of opportunity to drive increased productivity and success.
- Develop, coach, and manage your team to ensure operational excellence.
- Motivate and inspire your team by driving optimum individual and team performance.
- Day-to-day team management: weekly 1:1's, performance management, people management, staff resourcing, coaching, and forecasting & reporting.
You must have:
- Fluency in French and English.
- At least two years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in digital marketing agency environments, paid media, ads, and sales of the latest trends associated with online marketing.
